AgentCraft by Weavlet is a subscription-based software service. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Please note: For agency and team plans, the final refund and cancellation terms will be as per the service contract signed after the demo.

Subscriptions

All paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms described at checkout.

We do not offer automatic refunds for subscription payments.
Once a billing period has started, fees are non-refundable, including for partial usage or unused time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but access will remain until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in limited cases, such as:

Duplicate charges
Billing errors
Technical issues that prevent use of the Service and cannot be reasonably resolved
