These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentCraft by Weavlet (“AgentCraft”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. The Service

AgentCraft by Weavlet provides tools for designing, managing, and operating AI agents using structured systems such as states, transitions, playbooks, and related primitives.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using AgentCraft, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for how agents built with AgentCraft by Weavlet are designed, deployed, and used.

You agree not to use the Service to create agents that:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Promote harm, violence, self-harm, abuse, or hate
  • Provide unsafe or unqualified medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Exploit, deceive, or mislead users
  • Attempt to bypass safeguards or misuse the platform

AgentCraft provides tools to structure agent behavior, but you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating agent behavior before deployment, and for how outputs are used by end users.

5. AI Outputs and Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs:

  • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • Are not guaranteed to be correct or reliable
  • Should not be relied upon as professional advice

You acknowledge that you use AI-generated outputs at your own risk.

6. Data and Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described there.

7. Intellectual Property

  • AgentCraft by Weavlet and its underlying software, UI, and systems are owned by Weavlet.
  • You retain ownership of the configurations, prompts, and agents you create.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure or AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or outages.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses legal, security, or safety risks
  • We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • AgentCraft by Weavlet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the Service

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
